Ingredients

2 cups almond flour
Zest from 2 Limoneira Lemons
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Pour all dry ingredients (including the zest) into a small bowl and mix well. Add coconut oil and maple syrup, mix well until dough is formed. Roll out dough and cut into hearts using a cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
