• Apply a dab of almond or other favorite moisturizing oil.

Fruity All-Over Exfoliant
This scrub uses the exfoliant fruit acids of pears, plums, and lemon juice to keep skin soft and smooth. Whip up a batch just before you have a shower to get the best use. You can refrigerate the rest for a few days.

1 pear
1 plum, ripe
1 cup raw cane sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice

• Core the pear and cut the flesh into small pieces – as small as you can.
• Cut the flesh of the plum away from the stone, and chop it into very small pieces too.
• Mash the chopped fruit together with a fork in a small bowl.
• Add the lemon juice, and half of the sugar, and mix together well.
• Pour the mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until the fruit is liquefied.
• Pour the smooth mixture from the blender back into a bowl, and add the remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
• You can adjust the amount of sugar to be thicker or thinner as you wish.
• Use it all over your body, particularly where you have rough skin.
• Using a circular motion, scrub for about 30 seconds.
• Rinse with warm water.
