Tacy Stevens mixes it up at Galatoire’s 33 bar & steak, part of iconic Galatoire’s in the Vieux Carré (old Square) founded in 1905 by Jean Galatoire, this infamous address distinguished itself on Bourbon St. from its humble beginning.
