
Immune Boosting Lemon Muesli
Ingredients
- 2 Cups rolled oats
- 1 Liimoneira Classic Lemon
- 1/3 Cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 Cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 Cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 Cup dried berries
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F Pour oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, berries, ginger powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the zest and juice from Limoneira lemon into the bowl. Mix well and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
