Citrus Sugar:
  1. Measure the sugar into a bowl.
  2. Add the fruit zests, and the cinnamon.
  3. Stir together with a fork, pressing down to blend the sugar with the flavors.
  4. Cover and let it sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
Punch:
  1. Add half the citrus sugar to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  2. Pour in the fruit juices, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the rum, orange liqueur, and Amaretto. Stir gently to blend.
To Serve:
  1. When you’re ready to serve, add the remaining half of the citrus sugar to a small bowl.
  2. Use a wedge of lemon or lime to moisten the rim of each glass, and then press it into the citrus sugar.
  3. Add ice to each glass, along with 1 or 2 slices of fruit.
  4. Pour in the punch to about 1-inch of the top of the glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water.
