Ingredients
BISCOTTI
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- grated rind of 1 medium lemon about 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2-3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups All purpose flour
GLAZE
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons Butter melted

GLAZE:
- • Add the lemon juice and icing sugar to a bowl.
- • Stir in the melted butter thoroughly. If it seems to thick, add a few drops of water until it is runny.
- • Drizzle over the biscotti.
- • They’ll keep for a couple of weeks at room temperature, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
