Cold Brew Coffee
  1. Combine the coffee and water in a clean glass jar or coffee press.
  2. Cover, and allow it to steep 12 to 24 hours – depending on how strong you like it.
  3. When you are ready to use it, strain out the coffee with cheese cloth or paper coffee filters.
  4. Dilute 1:1 with water.
Lemon Iced Coffee
  1. Add the cold brewed coffee, lemon juice, and optional honey and ginger bitters to a tall glass over ice.
  2. Stir to combine.
Recipe Notes

Note: The cold brew coffee will need 12 to 18 hours to steep at a minimum, so you’re best bet is to prepare it the day before, and let it steep overnight.
