Creamy Lemon Feta Dip

  • 1/2 lb feta crumbled
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Limoneira lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Limoneira lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • red chili flakes just a pinch or two


  • Add feta cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon rind and juice, and garlic to a food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Spoon into a bowl or serving dish and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
  • Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
