Ingredients

chickpeas, drained

garlic clove, crushed

extra virgin olive oil

Limoneira® lemons, zest and juice only

Greek yogurt
Pinch ground cumin
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor with two tablespoons of hot water and blend until smooth. Top with a lemon wedge and zest!
